Aura
Aura is your intangible cool or presence, scored in imaginary 'aura points.' Doing something effortlessly impressive gains aura; embarrassing yourself loses it (‘-1000 aura’). 'Aura farming' is deliberately doing cool things to stack points.
Mewing
Mewing is the practice of resting your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, claimed to sharpen your jawline over time. It became a huge 'looksmaxxing' trend and a joke gesture — putting a finger to your jaw to signal you're 'mewing' and can't talk.
Brainrot
Brainrot means two things: the genre of hyper-absurd, low-effort internet content (AI mashups, nonsense catchphrases), and the mental fog you supposedly get from consuming too much of it. Calling something 'brainrot' can be an insult or, ironically, a badge of honor.
Delulu
Delulu is playful slang for 'delusional' — usually about being unrealistically optimistic, especially in romance or ambitions. It's often self-aware and positive: 'delulu is the solulu' jokes that a little delusion is the solution to going for what you want.
Gyat
Gyat (or 'gyatt') is an exclamation — an emphatic, drawn-out version of 'goddamn' — typically blurted in reaction to someone attractive, especially a curvy figure. It spread from Twitch streamer culture into a general expression of shock or admiration.
SYBAU
SYBAU stands for 'shut yo bitch ass up.' It's a blunt, usually joking way to tell someone to stop talking or to knock it off — most common on TikTok and in comment sections.
