Homer, captaining Mr. Burns’ yacht, sails into international waters where every law ceases to apply — and the crew immediately organises the entertainment that lawlessness apparently demands: a knife fight between two monkeys, with the passengers betting on the outcome.

The frame used in the meme shows the spectators watching the fight, with the two combatants at the centre.
