The scene is from How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, released on February 3, 2019. Toothless, the black Night Fury dragon, is trying to impress the Light Fury, a white dragon he has just met. He has no idea how to court her, so his rider Hiccup coaches him from the sidelines, miming poses for him to copy.

The meme uses the resulting three-beat composition: Toothless striking a proud, slightly ridiculous pose; the Light Fury regarding him without enthusiasm; and Hiccup off to the side, delighted, encouraging the whole performance.
